St Johns County Condos

The majority of St. Johns County condos are located on a Anastasia Island. This barrier island is over twenty miles of waterfront property. Saint Augustine Beach is on the northern part of the island. Crescent Beach is to the south.

St Augustine Beach Condos

Most people consider St Augustine Beach the northern part of Anastasia Island. The city of St Augustine Beach is only about three miles long by about one mile wide. Most of the condos at St Augustine beach were build in the 70's and 80's. There are a few newer condos built after 2000 at St Augustine Beach but most of the newer construction is scattered through out St. Johns County.

Crescent Beach Condos

Crescent Beach has some of the most beautiful waterfront real estate in St. Johns County Florida. Most people think of Crescent Beach as areas that include Butlers Beach, Summer Haven and a few other areas between St. Augustine Beach and Summer Island. Crescent Beach is an area with lots of waterfront condos and very few commercial buildings. There are several beach access points and plenty of boat ramps at Crescent Beach. There are also two state parks in the area.

Vilano Beach Condos

Just north of Anastasia Island is Vilano Beach. The beach is a short beach located at the St. Augustine inlet. A coquina and sand mixture give the beach a distant look that's only found in this area. You don't have to own a waterfront condo to enjoy the water sports at Vilano Beach. The old Vilano Beach bridge was converted into a great fishing pier when the new bridge was built. Fishing charters, jet ski rentals, and kayak rental are located near the pier.

There are only a few condos at Vilano Beach. A1A runs very close to the ocean so most of the condominiums are across the street from the ocean. Most have great views of the ocean and some have views of the intercostals.

The Greens Condos are located in St Augustine, Florida, surrounded by the picturesque St. Augustine Shores Golf Course. Made up of two phases, the first phase in The Greens was built in 1998 and the second phase was constructed in 2004. Between the two phases, there are a total of 234 individual condominiums units, ranging in size from 1000 - 1428 square feet. The Greens condos offer 2 and 3 bedroom flats (1 level), and many units enjoy magnificent golf course, poolside, lakefront and garden views. If life on the Florida links is your idea of a little slice of paradise, then The Greens condominium community may be just right for you. Golfers and non-golfers alike enjoy living at The Greens because of its pristine setting of parks, lakes and forest preserves. There is plenty of parking at the condominium, with both assigned and guest spaces. At this time, there is full-time, off-site property management. You may use the rental management company of your choice or even rent your unit yourself. The current minimum lease term at The Greens is 6 months. We do not handle rentals.
